803023 - Can't logout from the developer pages.

After logging in to the developer pages (and hitting refresh to see that I logged in due to bug 792795) logging out does not work properly.

Reproduction steps:
1) Login to marketplace
2) navigate to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/
3) Click logout in upper right.


Expected:
I log out and stay on the current page.

Actual:
Not only am I redirected to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ but down below the apps listing (above the developer hub link) after the page finishes loading, it shows I am still logged in.

I think this is bigger and it spreads to consumer pages too...

1. Login to consumer pages
2. go to settings
3. click logout
4. refresh

Expected:
the use is logged out, the login form is present

Actual:
after the logout the user logged out but if we refresh the user is logged in again
