Details

If a developer adds to the supported platforms we want to know about it so we can check the app works properly on them.  Removal of supported platforms we don't care about.

For QA:
1. Go to the edit page for an app in the devhub.
2. Add a new device type that wasn't there previously.
3. Confirm that the app is now in the re-review queue in reviewers tools.
