Steps to reproduce:

I already have commit access of level 1.

What I've tried:
1. Commit my private key to .ppk format using putty
2. Import the key to hg 2.5 on Windows 7
3. Pull mozilla-beta as guided on 
   https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Developer_Guide/Source_Code/Mercurial
4. Make a local change to a file (for commit testing purpose)
5. Commit to local
6. Sync to hg server


Actual results:

Commit failed with error "hg-sync-error.png"


Expected results:

Commit successful.

I am not sure which email should I use, is that "[e-mail],
and how to configure hg as well.

Please help.
