## Repro
1. Create a new contact, editing all the fields.

## Expected
* Place to enter "state" or "province" (depending on language)

## Actual
* No place to enter "state" or "province".

I can reproduce this on the latest 2.0 build: there is no state or province field in my Contacts fields (I just added a friend's street address in Portland and there's no OR; same thing with province for my mom in England). Flagging Carrie and Vicky to see if this is a regression, since this implies it was once in Contacts.

We don't have "State" or "Province" field in Contact details since v1.0.1. So, this is not a regression, but I agree that we should provide this option based on locale. I'll note it down and we can add these item maybe later in the next release. Thanks!
