When Lightning is installed, it doesn't had any icon in the icon menu (near the "Compose", "Chat", "Contact, "Quick Filter",... icons), but only two little icon in the right top corner.

In my opinion, Lightning should use the same kind of icons that all other Thunderbird's functionality, it would be more coherent.

Already there. Right click the Mail Toolbar and choose Customize... from context menu. Drag and drop the Calendar icon or Task icon from the Customize Toolbar dialog to your favorite position on the mail toolbar.

yes, I know, but I am afraid that new users won't discover it. 
Why not put these icons in the toolbar by default? 

In my opinion, they would be more usefull than the Chat's icon.

The Mail Toolbar should contain items relevant for the mail tab - therefore the buttons to open calendar or task tab are not shown here by default.

Tab Toolbar should contain items relevant for tab handling - therefore the buttons to open calendar or task tab are shown by default here.

Then, why do we have the chat's icon in the Mail Toolbar?
