Platform: All; (2001-05-11-08-Mtrunk).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the browser.
2. Click on the above url.
3. Click on email: pmac@netscape.com
Notice that the email is not open.
However, it works fine on netscape 4.x though.

mailto: urls are working fine for me on today's bits.

yeah, this works for me on win98.
No. Mine (WinNT) is not working either. Commercial build problem?
