If you long-tap on the homescreen and choose wallpaper it brings up a list of wallpapers. Tapping any of them does nothing, neither does tapping the close button at the top left. You have to press home to get out.

Reproducible. We should fix the functionality so it works and remove this option.

The behavior of the close button seems very weird to me. It's there shortly after the dialog pops up and then disappears. If you scroll down to the bottom and back up, it's there again and you can press it to quit the dialog. I think we should file another bug about that.

Verified fixed on my b2g testdriver phone.
I originally hit the issues described in comment 0, but with the b2g build that was pushed late last week (dated 2012-10-24 11:07:05), I can long-press the homescreen, pick "wallpaper", and tap any displayed wallpaper to set it.
