We should linkify the reporter of a flagged post in case we need to PM the reporter for more information or to determine if the reporter is a spammer/troll by quickly viewing their post history.

The "Flagged" field needs to have the reporter username linkified for quick access to their profile to PM them for more information or investigation.

Adding links is easy.
