At the moment (well on tbpl-dev at least, since the B2G changes are not yet in production), the platform order is:

    Linux opt
    Linux debug
    Linux64 opt
    Linux64 debug
    OS X 10.6 opt
    OS X 10.6 debug
    OS X 10.7 opt
    OS X 10.7 debug
    OS X 10.8 opt
    OS X 10.8 debug
    Win opt
    Win debug
    Win64 opt
    WinXP opt
    WinXP debug
    AndroidNoIon opt
    Android Armv6 opt
    Android opt
    Android debug
    B2G Arm opt
    B2G Arm debug
    B2G Panda opt

Pretty bikesheddy, but I think we should:
* move WinXP to be the first Windows entry, since all the others go from old -> new
* move AndroidNoIon down one, since it is Armv7 too
* s/AndroidNoIon/Android NoIon/ (making sure it fits)

I'm not going to pester people with r? given this is pretty trivial, but if there are any objections to the proposed changes, I'll happily listen :-)
