It first appeared in 17.0a2/20120907 but it's discontinuous across build so no regression range can be determined.
It's currently #117 top browser crasher in 17.0b1 and #15 in 18.0a2.
The trunk is currently unaffected.

Looks like a dupe of bug 798778 given that the reports point to the line that calls MarkSpoiled.

Marking it as DUP of bug 798778 which is inturn a DUP of Bug 797302 which is now resolved fix . Also not tracking for the same reason . 
Please renominate if thats not the case.
