Mac: 2nd gen mac mini, OSX 10.7.5, about:support reports Device ID 0x6751 Vendor ID 0x1002
Linux env: 64 bit Ubuntu 12.04, fglrx 8.96.4, Radeon HD 4670
Windows: Windows 7, Radeon HD 4670, unknown driver

FF19 Linux, no layers accel: Stuttery, but renders pretty well, pretty moire patterns at smallest size.
FF19 Linux, layers accel: Stuttery, but completely broken rendering. I'll upload an image - basically small portions of interface rendered (only top when viewing, but in screenshot, bottom too) and jagged spikey sections which I wasn't able to screenshot. no noticeable difference with azure.

FF16 Windows: Locked up when zooming out. While he didn't have the patience to test it w/ layers accel disabled completely, it seemed to be starting the same slowdown, so might not be layers issue. Also, gradient rendered incorrectly, but that might be FF16 bug.
FF19 Windows: Very smooth, gradient rendered correctly, but as it shrinks, vanishes to flat grey, also kind of a motion blur feel before it does that making the pattern hard to view

FF19 Mac: Best rendering of all the machines. Very smooth, and visible patterns at smallest size (although the scaling seemed off). However, when not-at-smallest size, but still small, it would briefly cut out to grey, similar to windows. This was for a brief segment.
