8037 - Bookmarks "open folder" icon not used (style bug?)

Eric, I am not sure if you are the right person for this problem. The bookmarks
have these styles on the folder icons,

treeitem[type="http://home.netscape.com/NC-rdf#Folder"] > treecell >
titledbutton {
 list-style-image: url("resource:/res/samples/bookmark-folder-closed.gif");
}

treeitem[type="http://home.netscape.com/NC-rdf#Folder"][open="true"] > treecell
> titledbutton {
 list-style-image: url("resource:/res/samples/bookmark-folder-open.gif");
}

The open folder never gets drawn. I am testing this with the bookmarks window
opened via "Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarks..."

I think this is a dup of a larger problem that Hyatt is trying to address;
namely, that the table frames are constructed in such a way that it's a miracle
style applies to them at all.
