This is a quick bug, I think. Rock Your Firefox has been retired but we still have the code (and db table) laying around. Please remove it. I wrote the code to do this in https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/3f05a4f9c1fbaff3593f94e9f34580b8ae9ec532 but there were weird test failures and we had to do a push so it was reverted (besides the crontab) in https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/55f7f723c3ba6e5a2fc4a6a1b6da98a562e232c7
