Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Pref menu
2. Choose Appearance -> Themes
3. Look at the rightmost side of the highlighted item (Modern)
Actual Results: Items aren't highlighted for a few pixels wide.
Expected Results: Entire row is highlighted.
