804487 - Irrelevant (and non-working) icons shown in Contacts screen when entered from Messaging app with no messages and no contacts

1. Make sure you have no contacts.
2. Turn off, then on your phone.
3. Touch the messages icon (2nd from left). (do not touch contacts first)
4. Touch "+" icon at the "No messages Start communicating now" screen on the top right.
5. Touch the contacts icon on the top right.
6. Arrows point to irrelevant and non-working icons.

Nominating blocking-basecamp. Having this unfixed is likely to have a non-ideal first-run experience.

This same behavior can be seen if launching Contacts when composing e-mail (via the + button next to the To: or Cc: field).

Good catch! This will happen on every activity to contacts when no contacts yet. I'll fix it :) Thanks!

Be aware that if the Contacts app is already open when starting the activity from SMS, it will fail until 802564 is fixed

A type of test for this bug has already been landed because it is already marked in-testsuite+ -> VERIFIED.
