## STR:
  1. Launch the clock app and set an alarm to fire in 1 min.
  2. Turn off the screen and waiting on the alarm firing.
  3. Close the popping-up attention screen.
  4. Screen turns dark and won't become bright when touching the screen.

## Expected:
  Screen should turn bright whenever touching the screen.

## Actual:
  Users have to use the mobile in a dark-mode, which is very inconvenient.

This one seems fixed? I cannot reproduce this anymore with the latest codes. Close it?
