It seems that Silverlight 4.1.1039.0 is not blocked. I've tested this on a Win 7 machine with this version already installed. Unfortunately I couldn't find the installation kit to re-test. Oops, it seems that my eyes are blurry this morning. I think it was all about 4.1.10329.0 from the beginning.

On Mac, Silverlight 0 - 5.0.99999 is blocked. Why not the same on Windows?
