During a refresh, nested table borders are rendered very large for a few seconds, then returned back to the correct rendering. See URL.
Reported behavior confirmed on Win98 zip build 2001050915. The "borders" are constructed using nested tables; the outside table has a cellpadding of 1 so that one pixel of its bgcolor color shows. It seems that upon reload the cellspacing of the inner tables is growing by something like 6 pixels. This happens after you press the reload button, just before the canvas clears for rendering of the reloaded page. No scripts are attached to the page that would trigger something like this onunload. The site is a frameset with only one frame (?)
Also happens when leaving this site to go to another -- happens right before page is destroyed.
This appears to have been fixed; I no longer get the resizing right before unload. Win98 zip build 2001052708 Can someone please confirm?
