The Favicons from marketplace apps in the previous profile do not get updated via OTA.   This is tested from a stable unagi 10-18 -> 10-23 build.

See screenshot, the favicons are replaced with the generic icon.

Repro:
1) install 10-18 stable unagi nightly
2) from marketplace app, install a few Apps from there (eg. Chess, Twitter, AirCombat, Rebel Rescue, etc..)
3) update OTA to 10-23 stable unagi nightly
* BuildID=20121023173158
4) Apply update, and verify homescreen Marketplace apps are missing the Favicons for Apps.

Expected:
- Favicons for marketplace apps are persisted

Actual:
- temp placeholder favicon replaces every marketplace app.

This bug and Bug 807819 to duped to another bug, but I am still seeing the favicon issue - most recently after a Firefox OS crash. I am filing a new bug on that right now.
