gmail exposes its labels as folders for both ActiveSync and IMAP. There are some cases where our code needs to be explicitly aware of this, even if we're not optimizing our storage. For move operations, the local moves we perform have the potential to result in erroneous duplication of a message in a folder. For delete operations on ActiveSync, we probably should not model the delete as a move-to-trash, both because the message may not end up in the trash (but instead have the label removed), and because we definitely don't want to think the message is in the trash multiple times.
