Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 5.0; COM+ 1.0.2204)
BuildID: 2001050515
In the message composer, if you enter an email address in the To: field, then
use the dropdown in the first column to change To: to Cc:, then click on the
first column in the second row, Mozilla GPFs.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fire up mail / news
2. Click New Message toolbar
3. Click to the right of To: and enter an email address.
4. Click over To: and change to Cc: in the dropdown
5. Click in the first column of the second row (as if you are going to add
another address)
Actual Results: Mozilla GPFed. Brian lost the message that he'd typed in (sob).
Expected Results: Mozilla allows me to enter another email address.
I've confirmed this on two separate machines, one of which was a completely
100% new install and profile.

No crash, linux build from 2001-05-14. I see:
JavaScript error:
line 0: awNotAnEmptyArea is not defined

Error: awNotAnEmptyArea is not defined
This happens when you pull any of the dropdowns down. It's therefore probably
not linked to this bug, because the reporter could change one of them
successfully before the crash.
Reporter - could you please download a talkback build and reproduce the crash,
and then follow the talkback instructions at
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html ? Thanks :-)
