We are going to reuse the IonMonkey branch for another project. The coming weeks or months there are going to be known build and test failures, so building and running tests will be a waste of resources. It would be good to disable them until we are more stable.
We are actually working on getting tests to pass now and TBPL will be very useful for that, so I'm closing this bug. Sorry for the noise.
