I added the nodejs rpm to the mozilla-services repo

Turns out svn.mozilla.org/sysadmins/puppet/weave/modules/browserid/manifests/package.pp is causing puppet to ensure the old version of nodejs. This means that likely right after I deployed this in prod, puppet came in an downgraded us back to 0.6.17-1.el6
