8051 - checkboxes being reversed on submission

The state of checkboxes in the bugzilla query page is being submitted
the reverse of the way they are checked.  When the above page loads,
it shows up correctly, with "Assigned to" checked near the first name
entry box and "Reporter" checked near the second entry box.

However, the way to search for reporter is to select all but the "reporter"
box.  A search the way it was initially turned up all the bugs where I
was the cc: (I was putting "dbaron" in the second name field.)

(I am submitting this on Linux... let's see if it works.)
