Page moving has been implemented with bug 730790, bug 764431, and bug 785227. The only work left involves merging the pull request into master, which will require some potentially time-consuming Git rebases. As we mentioned in the meeting, let's plan to go all-hands-on-deck for this. Let's try to finish this completely before we move onto other Sprint backlog items.
