otoro device. I can't easily put a link because I'm not sure how to get it out. Just searching for the trailer on youtube should do the trick.

I can reproduce with the following steps:

1. Swipe left to everything.me
2. Tap on Music.
3. Tap on YouTube Music.
4. Tap on the Search icon on the top right.
5. Search for "Taeyeon closer".
6. Tap on [HD/1080p] 120916 Taeyeon - Closer (second result as of now).
7. Tap on the video to start playing, make sure your handset is in a portrait position.
8. Video plays in a cropped mode. Switch handset to landscape orientation to see that there are other parts of the video playing, but invisible in portrait orientation because it is cropped.
