The Keyboard UI has a bug in which as you type on the touch keyboard the previous letters you have typed don't return to their previous sizing, so you end up not being able to see the next letters you want to type.

Hardware: x86 → ARM
Most of the problem here is that SMS is still in-process, so invalidations triggered by the keyboard are way more expensive than they should be. This isn't worth investigating until SMS is OOP.
Is there a bug where that is being tracked, maybe dropping it in here as a dependency?

Hi, I am not sure if this is the same as Bug 796453. Is this issue a general issue or only for SMS app.? Thanks.
