From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9) Gecko/20010505 BuildID: 2001050515 Because there's no account name or password area, that I see in Mozilla 0.9 I keep on getting rejected from the newsgroup server by my ISP. Hasn't been a problem in the past but the new 0.9 doesn't have anywhere to put down a password or anything. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to log in and I get rejected 2. 3. Actual Results: Rejected Expected Results: Be able to subscribe and read
Try creating a new profile. That should fix the problem.
That works... Is there a way or a fix so that you don't have to create a new account though?

I suggest using a later build. Tasks | Privacy and Security | Password Manager should show you your saved passwords. Did you perhaps enter an incorrect username/password (although not getting a prompt for a new one if this was the case, would be a bug in it's own right)? This worksforme, however.
