805484 - kickstart xeon seamicro nodes in phx1 for input cluster

the current input cluster is built with seamicro atom nodes. time to move those to the xeon chassis. the following nodes will be needed:

  input1.dev.webapp.phx1
  input1.stage.webapp.phx1
  input1.webapp.phx1
  input2.webapp.phx1
  input3.webapp.phx1

*note: prod nodes will be split across two chassis.

moved input{2-3}.webapp.phx1 to new nodes in inventory b/c the previously reserved ones had been scooped up and used since i worked on these last. new prod node list:
