Linkified bug numbers in the tree status messages currently don't show the bug summary in their tooltips, like all other uses of _linkBugs()

This WFM when running TBPL locally from Vagrant (admittedly with a hack to add a bug reference to the tree status reason - at the time of writing no trees have a bug# in the message).

Ed, would you mind pinging me next time a tree message is updated with a bug number so I can have a look at what is going on?

I've just changed a tree's message (whilst leaving it open), and it appears to work only on the second rollover - no tooltip is shown the first time.

It does not pick up the title when it dynamically changes while you hover over it. It’s loaded async after all...

Oh ha yeah.

Well tbh loading the tooltip async and not updating dynamically is going to result in wasting the bzapi call in many instances (a la bug 799612) - most people aren't going to bother to hover, move away and hover again.
