## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012-10-24
* "gaia" revision= fcfa1857bed6596e992263206451c6814e4b2f6d

## Repro :
1. Turn on phone.
2. Slide to unlock.
3. Plugin headphones.
4. Go to the FM Radio app.
- Notice initial station.
5. Tap the "next" button.
- Notice it hops to the next frequency.
6. Tap the "previous" button

## Expected :
1. Station should hop back to initial station in step 4.
 
## Actual :
1. It hops to the next station after step 5.

## Note : If you go back the other way around tapping "next" after having pressed "previous" before will go one more previous station. Reproducible.

It's hard to see how this is polish. As a user I have a very clear expectation that going back and forth between stations actually goes back and forth.

I think this bug is the same as bug 817939 where has more detail description
closing and move to but 817939
