Steps to reproduce:

1) Add one-letter keyword 'g' for "google search", which supports suggestions.
2) Try to search in search bar:
 a) select "google search"
 b) type "test" (without quotes) -> I can see suggestions, which started with "test" without space after and with space after
 c) type "test " (add one space to typed already "test") -> I can see suggestions, which started with "test" and space after (two and more word combinations)
3) Try to search in url bar: type "g test" and then add one space ("g test "):

Actual results:

 a) firefox shows me only history and bookmarks, which contains words "g" and "test" -> Why?? I does not expect searches in history and bookmarks, especially for word "g" (firefox highlight "g" (and "test") to really annoy me).
 b) seamonkey shows me 'Search Goolge for ''g test"' and then 'Search Goolge for ''g test "'
 c) In seamonkey I assosiated yahoo-search with one-letter keyword 'y'. I types "test" (without quotes) in search bar. Search bar shows me suggestions for "test". I types "g test" (without quotes) in url bar. Url bar shows me history for words "y" and "test" (without highlighting) and 'Search Google for "y test"' and then 'Search Google for "y test "' for inputing "y test " (without quotes). Again: why search in history, exactly for 'y'? Why show 'Search Google for "y test"' and search-yahoo after pressing Enter?
 d) I just installed Seamonkey 2.13.1. I runned Firefox in safe-mode (with -safe-omde option: plugins are disabled).


Expected results:

1.1) Showing search suggestions when typing started in url bar with search keyword (search plugin hot short name).
1.2) Or (instead of 1.1) showing search top 10 search suggestions, then history search and bookmark search results without search plugin keyword name.
2) Showing also label 'Search <SearchPluginName> for "Search Words Without Search Keyword"' at the end of the list if browser supports showing of 'Search <SearchPluginName> for "<Something>"' labels (like seamonkey).

Addition:
I always uses search keywords in urls bar, because it is very annoying to use search bar:
1) By default it is short. If you increase its width, you decrease url bar width.
2) It can't clean search history automatically and you will permanently see last search in all tabs of your browser. There is no one plugin which can correctly auto clean search bar. There is one, which cleans it after some seconds, but if are go away from search bar, returns quickly back and start to continue / edit search query (on do not start, just click on it and start dreaming something), it will erase all what you started to input (why? I clicked back to search bar. I saw text. It was not deleted immediately and I want to start edit it!).
3) If you pressed Enter in search bar or click left mouse button (instead of middle) for search picture, search will start in current page and you will lost this page information (I can be page with edit boxes in which you input many information and did not save it yet).
4) Again: search bar is shot, and search suggestions are truncated by length of search bar (if they are showed in search bar drop-down list, not in url bar drop-down list). Truncated lines of suggestions does not followed by your input (ending of search suggestions strings must be shown in drop down list if keyboard cursor is in the end of input (e.g. simple case: you inputing query string and you does not move keyboard cursor back), but it shows always begin of search suggestions and "..."). See picture in attachments for this 4).

I don't know if Firefox didn't before, but Firefox now gives search suggestions even when keywords are in use, which is what I think this bug was about. If it is still an issue, please feel free to re-open and try to describe in a simpler way if possible what is actually missing.
