## Repro :
1. Launch Camera app
2. Take a picture
3. View the picture in the gallery

## Expected:
* The picture will display the same as expect (no rotation, no up-side-down)

## Actual:
* The the picture with 90 degree rotation

I think it is actually 180 degree.
This is a vendor quirk we have to live with until we can ship a FOTA update to correct it.
