We currently have the pickup/hangup features implemented.

We're missing:
* Redial last call
* Hold and Pickup while already on a call
* Hangup and Pickup while already on a call

I am getting the BLDN message with a double press.

For most bluetooth headsets, double-pressing will send out BLDN. And for some devices, we need long press for BLDN.
