Details

Adding an existing recording to the Air Mozilla archive requires completing the Event Request page and then opening the Archive page to set the status to Archived. Adding "Archived" as an option on the Status page would streamline this operation. Low priority - whenever it's convenient.

With the new pre-recorded workflow in the wizard this is no longer a valid bug.
