80593 - context menus only open once

using win32 trunk installer build 2001050915.

this has to be a dupe of some other bug, but i can't find it, so here you go.

1) open a new browser window.
2) open a context menu. admire it.
3) close the context menu, either by selecting a function clicking elsewhere.
4) right-click to open a context menu again, in the same window.

expected: another beautiful context menu

actual: nada

reloading the page doesn't seem to have any effect.  only a newly opened window,
or a window that just underwent a skin switch, will open a context menu, and
only once.

this is a real pain in the butt.  this really needs to be fixed by 0.9.1.

hm. apparently i'm not entirely correct in my initial assessment - *sometimes*
context menus do open again in the same browser window instance.  i will try to
investigate further.
