Go to http://www.brasil.gov.br/ - the site never stops loading and continuously shows only a purple background behind words. Pictures appear and disappear every few seconds.
On desktop, the site shows words on a white rectangle background on top of the purple background.

Firefox for Android 2012-10-30 nightly seems to work fine with this site. The only issue I had was that if you dragged downwards, you get a very long section of purple background.
Component: Gaia → General
I can also reproduce on Firefox for Android, maybe it has to do with layout engine
The website will be very long when loaded by browser app / Firefox on Android
