2. Images keep flashing continuously.

The images do not flash appear and disappear on desktop.

i've seen other sites that do this.  i'll add the site when i find it, but it's not the first time this is happening.

FWIW, loading this site on desktop does not flash like the phone.  Also, it's a desktop site, so this would not be related to UA sniffing.

also reproduced on other Desktop sites:
- nytimes.com
- nbc.com
- yahoo.com

essentially any site has thumbnails of images in the site content.

I don't know, I don't seem to have permissions to access this file even though I'm VPN'ed in to MV, so I cannot download this.

Firefox for Android 2012-10-30 nightly seems to work fine with the mobile version of the site being served.
