(Whiteboard: [pdfjs-c-ux][pdfjs-f-fixed-upstream])

1. Log into Comcast. ( https://customer.comcast.com/Secure/MyAccount/ )
2. Left-click on one of your past bills and payments.
3. Bill opens up in pdf.js, click Download icon on the top right.
4. Bill gets saved as "ViewBill.aspx". Renaming it to .pdf works.

But then again, right-clicking at step 2 and clicking "Save Link As" results in ViewBill.aspx being the default name at the save file dialog as well, but one can overwrite it here.

Tested on Mac 10.7 on 2012-10-26 nightly.

Sometimes this default name switches to 2012-09-23_bill.pdf as well, it seems to be inconsistent for me.

I can see the same for other websites as well. And it's not only .asp but all kinds of web page file names. So it's not only tied to comcast.
Summary: ViewBill.aspx downloaded from a PDF bill from Comcast → PDF file gets saved with web page file name instead with its own one
Same issue on Windows. pdfjs should always save files with .pdf extension so that they can be opened from the download list or Explorer. Files are currently saved with web document name, which often does not end in .pdf

This should be fixed in the current nightly.
