BTW, what is the "Attention screen"? I can't find any reference in other strings.

Can you post these questions to dev-gaia?  I'd be interested to learn the answers, too :)

For System XHR, this is a special privileged cross-origin XHR requests for packaged apps.

What a great catch!  I'll fix this in bug 812977.
