I can not reproduce on OS X 10.8. This may be a Snow Leopard problem. If someone could verify that would be great. Someone should try Lion as well.

Yeah... So it is definitely on our side. It works fine on my Mac Mini (2011, dual-core, 8 GB RAM, 500GB HD) on OS X 10.8.2.
However, the issue does not occur for me. Does the issue occur if you only drag the scrollbar (Do not press the arrows)?

Could either Douglas or someone on Snow Leopard please test the issue on the latest Nightly. Thanks, we can't go anywhere to I check this.
