Attempted to send a tweet with more than 140 characters.

The actual text submitted was: "Random Halloween evening last night. Stumbled onto a film set (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1205537/) with Kenneth Branagh, shooting in a fictional Russia."
According to the twitter API docs and FAQ, link shortening occurs automatically at Twitter's end.
