User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20121023124120 Steps to reproduce: Attempted to send a tweet with more than 140 characters. Actual results: I was told: "Status is over 140 characters." Expected results: The tweet should have been sent. I was able to send the tweet using the twitter web client. https://twitter.com/akumria/status/262636094561058816 The actual text submitted was: "Random Halloween evening last night. Stumbled onto a film set (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1205537/) with Kenneth Branagh, shooting in a fictional Russia." According to the twitter API docs and FAQ, link shortening occurs automatically at Twitter's end. https://dev.twitter.com/docs/tco-link-wrapper/faq https://dev.twitter.com/discussions/1062

Bug 1445778 removed support for Twitter.
