Details

I tried switching my phone to the dvorak keyboard but it didn't work. I tried having both the normal English keyboard and English (Dvorak) selected, and only having English (Dvorak) selected -- neither way gives me a dvorak keyboard.

I also tried selecting only the two Chinese keyboards and that didn't work either, even after restarting the phone
Works in the update I got today.
