OS: Android 2.3.4
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to facebook.com (touch site) and log in
2. Tap on Facebook menu button
3. Pan the slider content to left
Expected result:
The slider content cannot be panned, but just scrolled up and down.
Actual result:
Horizontal pan is possible as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Note: This issue cannot be reproduced on the android stock browser.
