Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20121023124120 Steps to reproduce: This occurs on Firefox Mobile for Android, Beta/Aurora/Nightly as of October 29, 2012. It does not occur on Firefox Mobile for Android 16.0.2. To repeat: * disable plugins in the settings (while having latest version of Flash plugin installed) * go to http://kurier.at My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S2. Actual results: Audio starts to play back, originating from a Flash applet in the right upper area of the kurier.at front page. The video itself does not play, but the audio from it is audible. Expected results: No Flash should be played back when plugins are disabled.
OS: Linux → Android
Hardware: x86_64 → ARM
This is also reproducible in any desktop browser using the Fennec UA and disabling plugins. Brightcove, the media content provider for Kurier has enabled `autoStart` on that particular video (passed as a parameter).
