Clicking and dragging windows is broken when not using the default theme.

STR:
1. Apply non-default theme.
2. Click top bar (above tabs) to move window.

Expected:
Window moves with mouse.

Actual:
Window does not move at all.

This doesn't fail in the default theme (add-on manager > Appearance), though if switching from a non-default theme to the default, click/drag on default theme fails as well, unless one click/drags in the free space next to tabs.
