If you've already checked out the mozilla.org/thunderbird repository, you can just svn up and you'll be able to find these files. Otherwise, you'll need to check it out via:

svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/

Please translate the file in the mozilla.org svn repository:

/hy-AM/thunderbird/release/start/index.html

The page on the staging server is:

Ok, landed in r110555. I've also merged these across to production in r110556 so it will appear in production in about 10 minutes here:

(and, of course, in Thunderbird for users already using hy-AM).
