P3 to be fixed for launch, since this is a reproducible and major usability issue.

What's the breakage? We launch the clock app while we should not, but the homescreen is still usable for me.

Can't reproduce either.
After closing the picker, homescreen is still alive.

Let's do nothing on long press of the clock.
