User story: as a front-end developer, I need to be able to see which applications use what shared assets, so that I may understand what impact my code changes have to the cascade.

Eventually: if we're going to have shared assets, we should really have a module system and asset versioning. Shared assets should probably be pulled down from a CDN. Short of that, we should at least have reports that tell us where shared assets are being used, and how frequently they are being used.

Case in point: we have real improvements we wish to make to the Building Blocks CSS, but without such a list it is unclear what impact changes will have to the interface.

Here's a list of shared assets currently in use, but it was pretty troublesome to generate these lists. Doing so on a semi-regular basis would be a drag.

* All CSS/JS files: http://pastebin.mozilla.org/1889680
* All shared assets: http://pastebin.mozilla.org/1889680

During make, can we generate a list of shared assets being used, and who is using them, then dump this in a logfile?
