I can't seem to find another bug report fully describing this, but over at forums.mozillazine.org I have seen two users reporting that images only partially load in some, but not all, messages. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2617805 http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=2619569 If there is another, more appropriate bug report, if somebody could point me to it, that would be fantastic.
According to comment 0 this problem happens in Thunderbird 16.0 and not in version 17 as the bug states. When viewing http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2617805 I read that this should be fixed in Thunderbird 17.0. Bruce, can you check if this problem still occurs in the latest version of Thunderbird (17.0.2)?

I'm still seeing a lot of reports of this over at mozillaZine, and since there is no Thunderbird 18 release, and the next "real release" won't be until, what, Thunderbird 21, can whatever landed that Bruce claims fixed this in Thunderbird 18 please be back ported to the 17.x series? Thanks.
Sorry, I meant Thunderbird 17 ....
Which "Thunderbird 17" solves this for you, Bruce? We're getting reports of this on 17.0.2.
